They come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences with diverse interests and talents. We seek applicants for open positions who hope to join us in our mission of “Preparing Students for a Christ Centered Life” and who wish to share their Christian faith in our school community.

Interpersonal Relationships
Growth in the Christian life depends on fellowship with God and with other believers and through being transformed by the word of God. All staff and board members will hold each other accountable to scriptures as illustrated by:
Matthew 7:1 – Do not judge, or you too will be judged.
Matthew 18:15a – If your brother sins against you, go and show him his fault, just between the two of you.
Luke 6:27-28 – But I tell you who hear me; Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.
Ephesians 4:29 – Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.
Ephesians 4:32 – Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you.
Ephesians 4:21 – Submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.
Philippians 4:8 – Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable – if anything is excellent and praiseworthy – think about such things.
Faith and Grace – Statement of Faith
Section I. The Bible
The school is founded upon and functions on the fundamental principles of the Word of God, and it espouses the historic Christian view of life as presented in the Bible. God speaks to us through the Bible with the help of the Holy Spirit, Who guides us in understanding and application (John 16:13; Romans 11:36). The Bible is the only inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God (II Timothy 3:15; II Peter 1:21).
Section II. Statement of Faith
I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ. His only Son, our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, buried; He descended into hell; the third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the quick (living) and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost, the holy catholic church (catholic with a lower-case ‘c’ refers to the “universal” church which is comprised of all believers in Jesus Christ); the communion of the saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting. Amen.
Section III. Gender, Marriage and Sexuality
We believe that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as male or female, and individual gender corresponds with his or her God-given/biological gender. These two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God. (Gen 1:26-27)
We believe that the term “marriage” has only one meaning: the uniting of one man and one woman in a single, exclusive union, as delineated in Scripture. (Gen 2:18-25.) We believe that God intends sexual intimacy to occur only between a man and a woman who are married to each other. (I Cor 6:18; 7:2-5; Heb 13:4.) We believe that God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be engaged in outside of a marriage between a man and a woman.
We believe that any form of sexual immorality (including adultery, fornication, homosexual behavior, bisexual conduct, bestiality, incest, and use of pornography) is sinful and offensive to God. (Matt 15:18-20; I Cor 6:9-10.)
Section IV. Christian Love
We believe that every person must be afforded compassion, love, kindness, respect, and dignity. (Mark 12:28-31; Luke 6:31.) Hateful and harassing behavior or attitudes directed toward any individual are to be repudiated and are not in accord with Scripture nor the doctrines of Faith and Grace Academy.
Section V. Salvation
We believe that God offers redemption and restoration to all who confess and forsake their sin, seeking His mercy and forgiveness through Jesus Christ. (Acts 3:19-21; Rom 10:9-10; I Cor 6:9-11.) The saving grace of Jesus Christ is the only means of forgiveness for human sin. This grace is obtained by faith in the Son of God, Jesus Christ. The believer, thus forgiven, enters into eternal life. (Ephesians 2:8-9; John 1:14-17.)
